Q: What is the diff: Maximum retention 30 days and long term storage 60 days?
Tier 3, do we get 5GB PERMANENT storage? And still get another 60 days of long term storage, AND plus all that we now get 30GB Drive Storage? Please clarify these three differences if they are not the same time but confused from my side. TY

A: Hi , you can transfer unlimited files and keep retain the data for 30 days. If if you want to retain the data more than 30 days, you have limited storage. For Tier 3 it's 30GB, Tier-4. 40 GB (upto 60 days) and Tier 5 50GB (upto 90 days). we call this LTS.

Thanks for the explanation, so you only have access to the decryption keys while I'm logged in (all keys), or when someone requests a file (the secret key for that file only). However, you are not able to get access to the keys without me logging into Blaze, correct?
Q: LTS reduced to 10 GB on Tier 5?
Hey there. I have the highest tier and when checking in found that the LTS went down to 10 GB what happened etc?
