inboxjavierQ: I bought tier 5 and I can't figure it out.
I have put all the codes in the same workspace but when I invite a user the sending capabilities are corresponding to the free plan and not to the standard one. He can only upload up to 500MB. Did I do something wrong? I thought that the purchased licenses (10 in my case) would have all the capacities of the standard plan.
I had that with my assistance.. All you have to to is changing from the users private (free) workspace to the LTD one. You can find that on the top left.
If there is no second workspace follow the link in the invite mail again and then accept the invute within Blaze.
