I'm seriously looking at Tier-3. When I look at your website, I see Blazly GEO and a separate category for Blazly SEO. Then in "Deals Terms and Conditions" I see "All future Pro/Automation Max Suite (Tiers 1-4) plan updates."
Does the Tier-3 offer here on AppSumo include all the features of the "Quad-Engine Dominator" and "Automation Max Suite" website offers? - I see things like

It includes all the core features from the Automation Max Suite (including things like NLP, etc.), but with monthly usage limits based on the tier.
You’ll also receive most future updates for both Blazly SEO and GEO as part of your Tier 3 purchase.
