We love the promise of Blazly, but their support is seriously lacking. We have been unable to connect their software with any of our Wordpress sites on Siteground...They blame Siteground, but we have other tools that successfully connect via API and Plugins with little or no changes in Siteground required. Instead of helping us solve the issue, they simply point their finger at one of the largest hosting platforms, instead of troubleshooting Siteground security issues with their software FOR ALL CLIENTS, then giving us steps to fix it with Siteground if they can't circumvent the issue(s) in their software. We are in the process of working with Siteground to assist, but there is an obvious tool/programming issue IF other tools found a way around it with SiteGround! So the finger points back. Our last support request on this issue was Sept 18, and as of Sept 25, no further replies.
