Q: Sustainability. How?
Tier-5 with Unlimited Sub-accounts + Unlimited credits š¤Æ
I could probably bankrupt your company in 3 days or less all by myself š
Now let's get real. Imagine that I'll only provide 30 sub-accounts to my Cold Email Agency VA's. Their job is to draft and test dozens of email sequences, composed of hundreds of emails altogether, each. So let's say that every day, each one drafts 30 sequences for one or multiple client campaigns. They'll probably revise/regenerate/edit at least 1 time per email with AI.
So (30 x 2 emails) x (30 accounts) x 365 days = 657,000 "high-converting" written emails in the 1st year.
In which planet or reality of a multiverse is this sustainable? I assume that we'll use the latest/most expensive AI models to achieve the "high-converting" quality announced.
I'd truly like to know; this is not a joke question.

Mar 3, 2025A: Hey ExpertEnough, I love the way you broke that down - seriously, this is the kind of question that keeps SaaS founders up at night!
I'll break down my answer in details two:
First, weāre not worried about going bankrupt in 3 days - hereās why:
1.
Most users wonāt operate at that extreme level.
In every SaaS, there's always a balance - some users go heavy, some use it sparingly, and many barely use it at all. That natural balance makes sustainability possible.
2.
Agency users (like you) can bring their own OpenAI API key. If you're running an operation at that scale, you have full flexibility to switch to any AI model you prefer, at whatever cost makes sense for you.
3.
We donāt necessarily use the most expensive AI model.
Our AI has been trained and tested on the best-performing model for copy quality. Weāve found that the most expensive models donāt always mean better emails, so weāre optimizing for results, not just price tags.
4.
Recurring revenue is already in place. BlinkCompose isnāt just running on LTD revenue - we have hundreds of paying subscribers and a feature roadmap designed to drive long-term retention and expansion.
So, while 657,000 emails sounds insane (and honestly, I love the ambition), the system is designed to be sustainable. And if youāre really looking to run AI at that volume daily, the API key option gives you full control.
Appreciate the deep dive, and I hope this helps clarify!
Cheers,
Patricia
