Q: I attempted to activate my license for Blisk and followed the detailed instruction on how to do it.
However, It appears that the activation failed. When I registered on the Blisk site I was taken to the registration returned an error, and yet I received an email from Blisk stating that my account was activated but I am unable to login.
I reached out to Blisk support and they are telling me that there is no record of my account on their system and it appears that they were doing a system update at the time I was activating my license and that I should try to reactivate it. This is not possible because The Blisk product in my AppSumo account now states that has been activated. So, there is no way to reactivate it again.
Do I need to refund my purchase?
