Thanks for your questions, I'm happy to clarify.
1. It varies a bit per channel, though it largely works similar. If for example you use a public phone nr from Twilio, you connect it to the platform (in channel configuration page of your bot), and it answers inbound calls and uses any voice Engine you select to communicate with the human that connects to the number.
2. If you use the included engines Wit or Rasa, the included channels and stay within your included interactions per month then no, there are no other charges.
3. One interaction is a message interpreted by the bot and the reply the bot gives.
4. Yes, you can upgrade from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or 3 at any time during the promotion of Blits.ai on AppSumo. After that you can stay on the AppSumo Tier 1 lifetime, or upgrade to a regular Blits.ai account.

It looks like Twilio service for India has restrictions on in- and outbound calling from India itself.

At this moment we only integrated Twilio for public phone net channels. Is there another service you'd be thinking of which broadly covers the Indian market for inbound and outbound calling and has a well-documented API?
3- Can rasa and wit fulfil the need of voicebot or are there any limitations?
