Q: Hello friend, first of all congratulations for your deal in Appsumo.

I have 4 questions

1. My use case is for WhatsApp. I would like to know if with Blits I can create a numbered menu. That is, the client contacts me and automatically delivers a welcome message with a menu from 1 to 5. Having the options from 1 to 4 an automated response and number 5 being an option to talk to someone on my team.

2. Can I use Whatsapp Blits with 2 or more people on my team associated with only one phone number?

3. How does it work with Spanish?

4. Currently how many clients do you have?

A: Thank you for you questions, let me try to answer them all.

1. Blits connects with Twillio to integrate SMS and Whatsapp. Via the Blits/Twillio route it's possible to create a numbered menu, on which you can determine the logic on every route. Redirecting to someone on your team is something we don't support yet out-of-the box, but we're happy to think along how to realize that.

2. Blits connects with Twillio to use Whatsapp. It does support Whatsapp Business accounts, which let's you manage a Whatapp number with multiple accounts. See https://www.twilio.com/docs/whatsapp

3. Different AI engines support different languages, which include Spanish. There are multiple ways to create multi-language bots. The best used is method, is creating two different bots (which share a menu, that can detect the language). We also have a language translation service you can setup in the logic.

4. We have multiple large customers, a couple of small customers, and when this deals ens, hopefully, more :)
