This is just what I was looking for. We are now into the age where bots need to have AI and Blits does this superbly well. Just from watching the first 4 videos on setup I have learnt a tremendous amount and now have a much greater understanding of how AI is used in bots. I really like the flexibility and power of the system.
It would be great to have better connectivity to the types of programs that small business use, in my case Google Sheets, Konnectzit and Vbout.
I would also be careful to consider how many interactions your customers will have eg one conversation may take 5 interactions and if in doubt go for a higher tier as if you exceed the limit you will need to change to the regular subscriptions which are not cheap.
Overall very impressive software and a great deal.
