Q: Terrible service - I bought this just before the deal closed, and it was a week or so before I managed to activate.

I then discovered the currency issue below - I sent an email 13 days ago to support@ and never heard anything back. I love the look of this, and want to believe it will work, but I don't have a lot of confidence in it...
