Lacking
I do not believe this is a replacement for other competitors like Chargebee or ConnectBooster.
The AutoPay is very very basic - AutoPay on/off - no logic, conditions etc. Either the client AutoPays every invoice or no invoice.
The web app is quite slow in refreshing invoices etc.
Tried contacting support on their chat. No one showed up, no follow-up even though they asked for my email pre-chat.
No CNAME unless you move to the unadvertised pricing of their "Enterprise" plan.
It's just not ready, I don't see a roadmap and don't have any idea if they are headed into making quick changes.

May 9, 2024I think creating a rules engine for AutoPay is a very cool feature idea. We could remake what ConnectBooster is doing. That said, you’re the only customer who’s requested this so it’s probably not going to be something we prioritize unless we get a lot of requests for it. All the customers we’ve talked to so far just need to set up AutoPay to automatically charge customers for any invoices they issue.
As for the slowness, the cause was the increased activity from AppSumo. We’re adding additional nodes on AWS to speed things up.
