For higher amount of calls it happens for Scale-Ups or Enterprise level clients we have at the moment. In case there is an overage we calculate the cost of overage only based on the plan you are in. For instance if you use 1,2m calls you have 200k overage compared to Appsumo deal Tier 3. We will make the calculation based on the cost per call as per the...
