Bought the lifetime deal at the end of 2023. They were very nice at the beginning and very reactive through chat, you got a response in less than 10 minutes. Now you don't get any answer. All chats are left unanswered. They promised in 2023 they would work on a feature to move in my 1800+ pages of content there. They still didn't. The site is broken. So I bought something I can't use, and can't be refunded. I really used and activated the product!!!
EDIT April 29, 2025: Now when you want to open a blog post to see what it looks like, all you get is a "500 server error".

EDIT March 15, 2026: I still can't use the site as I would like to. And we even got that Email today: "As you know, BlogHunch was down for the last few weeks. I’m not going to hide behind corporate jargon: We ran out of runway. As a founder, it was the most painful weeks of my life. Seeing the platform you love go dark because of a funding mistake is a lesson I’ve learned the hard way.

The Good News: We didn’t give up. I’m writing to you because we’ve officially secured a pre-seed funding round from friends and family. This gives us a runway for the next few quarters and, more importantly, the stability to build the next generation of BlogHunch."

But we still can't get any refund...
