Hi Appsumo, can you refund all of us? This was not a cheap deal. And worse than that, I had 3 blogs running and it has MATERIALLY impacted my business. This is insanity. Not even a warning from them to allow us to download existing content. There needs to be rules in place to deal with these situations. Thousands of blogs lost with no avenue to use them on a new site! Please let us know if you can provide a refund.
Yes - AppSumo's support for tools that are no longer accessible truly leaves much to be desired 🙁 At least they could try to find out more details from provider's side...
