Q: Confused

I see there is a limit of 3 projects. 1 workflow & 1 automation for this deal. Now make me understand how it works:

Scenario 1: I have one project (lets call it web design) and under it we have clients with slightly different deliverables and VAs. Does it mean every time a client comes in with slightly different deliverables will count as a new project?

Scenario 2: Since our clients have slightly different deliverables and need slightly different self-booking forms, workflows and automations, does it mean this deal isn't for us?

Thanks in advance.

A: Hi there! The project is an umbrella category for many features.
Scenario 1: You can keep the same client under one project and add invoices, deliverables, forms, and any other components to that project. It's virtually unlimited.
Scenario 2: If you're becoming a power user and need multiple automations, workflows, and self booking forms, then the AppSumo deal gets you a lifetime 50% OFF upgrades. The AppSumo deal is intended to be a starter package deal.

Hope this helps!

I think your team might not have realized that the majority of Sumolings are agency owners. Although we love supporting founders, we tend to avoid offers that look purely like an email funnel designed to push users into a subscription. Your product, however, has the potential to be one of the biggest launches of 2025 if multiple tiers were made available.
