I'm pretty disappointed
The price for the deal is great. I'm a small business and I technically work on one project at a time, so I was trying to find out what it means to only have 3 projects. I posted a question and the response I got dodged the question. I've also asked several times how I get the 50% off for the subscription and the answer is always someone will email it to you, but I never received that email. I've raised that in the questions twice, the first time it went ignored and the second time my question was declined. I did actually see a response with the declined question, but it still ignored the part about how I have not received the email with the discount that they've mentioned in the comments a bunch of times. So I have no idea how to make use of that discount.
I ended up purchasing a code just to see the answer for the 3 projects in person and it is truly 3 projects. They hide any more than 3 so you cannot see them, even though you can add them. Ok, that makes sense since the deal says that its just 3 projects.
But then I went to make a website and it says that every website you make is an additional $14 per month. This is confusing because the deal page says that the plan includes "Websites & Portfolios" and no where does it mention there would be an additional $14 per month for it. Even on Bloom's pricing page the packages all say they include websites and no where does it say that it will be an additional $14 per month for one. I can understand charging more for the ones you make for your clients, but we don't even get one or any customizable page to create for our own brand. I don't know if that's standard or not, but I find it really misleading that it's not on the deal page when the deal page says websites are included.
Additionally, in the questions, Paul keeps mentioning all the many other features that Bloom has included at an unlimited level as part of this plan. But that actually isn't true. Here is what's included:
3 active projects (not unlimited)
1 active automation (not unlimited)
1 self-booking form (not unlimited)
100 GB storage (not unlimited)
1 workflow (not unlimited)
Websites and portfolios (not unlimited)
I suppose these might be unlimited:
Client intake forms
Lead management
Quotes and booking forms
Invoicing and payments
Contract signing
Workflow management
Project management
Client portal
Communication and live messenger
Scheduling/calendar mangement
Client image galleries
Project file management
Email automations
I'm just not sure how those "unlimited" features actually benefit me if I can't actually use them to work on my clients if I don't have enough projects?
Overall, not very happy with the responses to questions or that the deal page seems to be misleading about webpages. And I might still be interested in trying it for a year at the 50% discount, if only someone would answer my question about how to apply it. Because I never received an email for it and I don't see an option for 50% off if I try to upgrade.

Edited Nov 12, 2025Roy,
This is our first time launching on AppSumo and we're still polishing the Bloom/AppSumo experience during the first few days. Thank you for your patience as we took a minute to clarify.
After chatting with the AppSumo team, we decided to sweeten the pot and give every AppSumo buyer access to 50% OFF LIFETIME upgrades on all plans. This means you'll get unlimited access starting at $17/mo. Considering the number of diverse features Bloom has to offer, this is an incredible deal!
Instead of emailing you a promo code, the upgrade option will be baked into your account after you claim the AppSumo deal. Should be on production :)
Looking forward to seeing you on Bloom!
