Had High Hopes
I have purchased 2 -3 other social media platforms here on AppSumo I have had a tough time finding the right blend ease of use and stability for my needs so I had high hopes for this platform.
There campaign function is decent, but if you want to be able to do single post or control your posts, I wouldn't purchase this product.
I pay a virtual assistant to do my posting, and I post a month in advance. Twice I have had all of my posts "disappear". This means, I have literally poured money down the drain for nothing. Customer service hasn't been able to resolve or to explain to me why this keeps happening. As a side hustler, I value my time and money in equal measure and this wasted both.
I'm refunding and wish BlueStrawberry the best of luck, but I don't believe they are really focused on the "single" post functionality. I am posting so that others are clear about what you can expect and what you can't when you buy this product.
The great news is this is AppSumo, so I am off to try another option!!!

This function is intended for quickly adding a single post or scheduling one in the near future. If your goal is to set up a campaign consisting of single posts, the Single Post feature might not be the most effective choice. Instead, the campaign function within Blue Strawberry should be utilized, ideally in manual mode, which enables you to craft daily and monthly posts individually. Utilizing this approach can be more time-efficient and can potentially save numerous hours.
I have checked your conversation with the customer service team and all the dates. You were very unfortunate to have loaded all posts while we had a site-wide issue with the Single Post function. This issue was later fixed by our team, so Single Post is working fine now. We always encourage our users to reach out with any questions or doubts, and we're more than happy to provide personalized training on our software, an offer that still stands.
