We realised you wanted to use the static video function and it was not as good as you expected. However it was actually only a very small part of our software and there are a lot more exciting fuctions you can use. You mentioned there is no voice in the video, I think you meant you would like to add your own audio to it, this function is actually on our roadmap, but you can still have some of our preset music in the video.

I am not sure if you have refunded your purchase but we would like to talk to you if you are happy to, we can give you a demo about the static video function and other features of the software.
