I am selling (my own) books on Amazon, Google Play and so on. I bought Boardfy and tried to connect my products from Amazon. Obviously I need another sort of seller account than that I am using since several years. I tried to open such an account, confirmed, had to confirm again. Then the account type did not fit as well...
One may say this has nothing to do with Boardfy. But in my opinion an appropriate onboarding process is missing. This is not (by far) my first appsumo deal, but (till now) the most difficult one. After trying for more than half an hour I stopped this strange process and now I am trying to get a refund.
