May 15, 2024A: You can see your license type in this edit window by right-clicking on the individual's icon. Through the screenshot of your interface, I saw a diamond mark on your personal icon. It looks like you are already using the professional paid version.
It always says Personal which is very hard to understand why it would be on Personal Plan if I created it from my Professional Workspace...
On this homepage, click the switch workspace button in the small left corner, and then you can create team workspace in the pop-up menu.
When I sign in - it says Personal Space. That is very concerning.
You can create "team workspace" or "Personal workspace". Click the left-bottom corner of the app's home page to "switch workspace".
