Q: I previously purchased a Boardmax code, which was functioning properly until today when I was prompted to upgrade.
The application now identifies my account as free and requests an upgrade. Additionally, the no watermark feature is no longer available. This situation is quite frustrating. Will we continue to experience these issues in the future? Are you reducing the features of the Appsumo accounts and limiting their functionality?

May 15, 2024A: Please make sure that you have created a team to redeem the license for appsumo and switch to the correct team to use it.
Here is the redemption process:
1. Login to your boardmix account with the email address you provided during appsumo activation.
2. Create a team and then a pop-up window will show Please select the team you want to upgrade and click the upgrade button. This completes the redemption process.
