BorjaEAQ: Login free for guests
Hi! I have read comments but I can't see it in the Roadmap: Are you planning to allow editing without login for guests? I do workshops for big groups and need to allow editing in a board to many people for some hours. Will this be possible? If yes, when will it be possible? And how will It work?

At the moment, editing without login is not supported, and there are no current plans to add this feature to our roadmap. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to our team for consideration.
But I have read in your comments that guests can contribute without using a Seat/accounts/member. How does this work? They have to login even they don't count as members?
The user guide suggests editing can be done via the Share menu:
"10.8.2 Share
This feature enables you to collaborate with external guests.
Permissions: anyone with the link can edit/ anyone with the link can view."

Hi BorjaEA, looks like Boardmix hasn’t had their coffee yet. What you’re asking is totally doable — users can edit boards without logging in, as long as the share permissions are set correctly. This includes sharing the link with the 'Anyone with the link can edit' option, and making sure the additional permissions under the 'Workspace Settings' menu are configured appropriately.

To clarify — "team members" refer to users who are officially part of your team workspace and occupy a seat on your plan. These members can access all team resources and collaborate fully.
"Guests", on the other hand, are users you can invite to specific boards. They don’t take up a seat, and yes — they do need to log in to view or edit content, but they don’t count as team member
Hi, sorry—I don’t mean to overstep, but I think you’re confusing this with Pixso. I use Pixso too, but I still bought Boardmix because it allows guest sharing and editing.
I’ve been sharing my board with users who, by your definition, are “guests”—they don’t log in and never had Boardmix accounts. Please double-check that this feature isn’t just an unintended glitch.
