Q: Number of guest collaborators who can edit
Hi there. Can you clarify the number of guest collaborators we can have for a project or part of a whiteboard (not team members)? In one of the other responses you said that guests right now can only view, but that next month (June?) they will also be able to contribute and collaborate. Is this correct?
To clarify, I'm looking at using this for online workshops on Zoom. When I do breakout groups, I want to give each group access to a pre-prepared template area that they can work in and edit in their group - where each person can contribute, and where they can all access the material after the workshop as well.
Can you please confirm if this is possible, and for how many people (guests) who can edit?

There is no fixed limit on how many guest collaborators you can invite. You're free to share your board with as many people as you'd like.
And we do support guest collaborators with editing access — however, to edit, they have to log in to an account. Simply accessing the board via link won’t allow editing unless they are logged in.
