Currently, the integration with Zoom (and Teams, Skype, Google Meet) in Boardmix is done via manual input of the meeting link and credentials. It’s not embedded as a Zoom App inside the platform.

Here’s how it works:

You select your video meeting platform (e.g., Zoom).

Then, you paste the invitation link (required), and optionally fill in the meeting ID and password.

Once confirmed, a clickable link will appear for participants to join the meeting in a separate window.

This setup is designed to make it easy to connect your board sessions with third-party video meetings, but does not currently support in-app video conferencing.
