So I initially rated this a 1 start because, according to answers to questions from other users, you couldn't re-up on the AI credits, which you actually can.

Their response was though that you just need a plan, or something along those lines.

The app is amazing, really, very well developed and a rich feature set and an overall awesome LTD, at least at the present.

So, just a heads up to others who want to know how to buy more AI credits, you can do it in the dashboard, you'll see your AI credit count and a little shopping cart icon right next to it.

Click on that and you can buy more one-time credits.

They have severely reduced their value, as of two years ago their pricing was much more generous, 299 for 3,000,000, now it's the same cost for 300,000.

I kinda question this because of how much cheaper AI credits are with their new models and the cost for using those models, but anyways.

I'll be sticking with it for now.

I will still have to keep my Miro subscription though because of the mobile capabilities, yes I use it that much.

Hoping they will develop their own mobile apps eventually. I am not too upset though, again it's a great product.

Feels like a lot of bang for buck.

I use this tool daily for personal and business purposes. This is the best Miro alternative out there.

Boardmix is a solid and intuitive alternative to Miro. I've enjoyed using it for collaborative whiteboarding, brainstorming, and visual planning. The interface is clean and responsive, and the feature set covers most of what I need for team collaboration.

One area that could really improve the experience is the AI credit system. Currently, AI credits do not renew monthly, which limits the use of one of the most promising features of the platform. It would be a great gesture if Boardmix could offer renewable monthly AI credits, especially for users who supported the platform through AppSumo. That would really enhance the long-term value and usability of the tool.

Overall, I'm happy with Boardmix and look forward to seeing how it evolves. It has great potential!

I've had this product for two weeks, hoping it would work, but it continues to have one main issue: I am unable to invite team members successfully. I have logged out and logged in again. I have searched high and low in the app. My team members either receive an invitation email with a link that doesn't work, or they don't receive any invitation at all. The worst part is that it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to help from support, and that's only after I had to search through the questions section of AppSumo to get their support email address. They need to seriously improve their customer support experience. I should just move on, but I already created something in the platform and don't want to redo everything. Boardmix, if you're listening, PLEASE fix my account. You will find my emails in your inbox.

I work in video production and this has been such a handy tool to use on a project by project basis. We keep shoot schedules, ideas, storyboards etc all on the one board and I enjoy using it with clients to develop ideas. Great tool and can't fault it. One of the better apps I have purchased on appsumo that I use regularly.
