This has real potential but you'll be frustrated for first 15 mins, accept this and have a play and you'll be surprised at what it can do, much more than I was expecting for what id assumed was a "whiteboard tool." This is much, much more.

Pros - it has a chrome extension for adding links or images straight into your Boardmix resource library which I'm loving. (note - these go into your personal library not the team library and its not obvious how to set the team workspace as default).

You can definitely embed a URL its under hyperlinks. I know the founder says not but it is in the tools section. I haven't checked guest viewer visibility myself yet.

5GB of storage in tier 3 at the cost of 2 years of dropbox 2 TB. Always nice.

There is a code block option. Still looking at this but its definitely there with a choice on language. Im not a coder - i just want to add a AI chatbot and a calendar line etc - it has about 30 coding languages as dropdown options in text tool. Promising start.

Cons - The signup is a mess - I nearly quit this one after 10 mins when the LTD wasn't applied easily (however, I'm really glad I didn't). The signup procedure is not good, know this before you start. The trick is to sign up, verify, etc. It makes a PERSONAL account for you, then bottom left create a team. Go out come back in - then UPGRADE to chosen tier on the new team not your account.

The next thing which is going to throw you slightly is on the left it says storage 5TB ish but the resource library says 300M. Havent figured this one out yet but the overall is the larger figure you can see it elsewhere. I suggest you move on quickly.

Also you'll need to ignore the typos eg "presentation" is spelt wrong constantly throughout ..

It's worth 30 mins having a good play with this tool as it's definitely more than it appears. Good value for LTD I think.
