Purchased in replacement of Miro but had to go back

I purchased this a year ago as I want to move out of the monthly Miro fee for me and my team (it gets expensive as I add more people so I had to find an alternative). BoardMix looks like a good alternative so I tried it for a few days before transitioning slowly out of Miro. We had to recreate our boards from Miro because at first the transfer to Miro process was not available (when it became available, we can't seem to make it work and the support is not that helpful either). As I got a new client and onboarded that client using my BoardMix board, that's when we learned that this tool is not quite there yet. The inability to create templates that I can reuse as new clients come in is a big one. The other thing is the slowness of the tool. It's a productivity killer (awkward waiting while presenting to the client).

We might check BoardMix again in the future but for now I'm happy to pay the monthly Miro fee for a seamless and efficient work process for me and my team.

We gratefully acknowledge your continued support and invaluable feedback. To further enhance your experience, we have enabled the importation of files in Miro format. This feature can be located in the workspace upper right corner of the upper left corner upon clicking "Home". If any difficulties arise post-importing, please do not hesitate to connect with our dedicated support team via email.support@boardmix.com

In our ongoing commitment to product excellence, we highly recommend enabling your browser’s GPU accelerator for exceptional results. This should substantially augment the product's performance and your overall experience.

Regarding our whiteboard file, we have an innovative feature that allows you to create a template. Once it is successfully created, it's reusable within your team. To do this, follow these steps: create a new element, click on the element, and once the toolbar pops up, click on the three dots located at the far right. Then, proceed with clicking 'Add to Library' and customize your template.
