This is one of those situations that almost seems too good to be true.

Let me preface by saying that I aspire to be to mind mapping, what Tiago Forte is to note-taking (Building a Second Brain).

I use a software called Simplemind for myself and everyone on my team. It is inexpensive and really robust, and I would tell you that if I could only use one software out of the 350+ I purchased, it would have been SimpleMind.

I was obsessed with it.

You can manage tasks, plan, use images, links, files, templates. etc, etc.

Boardmix does eeeeeeverything SimpleMind does, plus it does basically everything Miro does, and more.

I have purchased and tried every software of this genre to come on AppSumo and have been sorely disappointed.

I am blown away by how robust this software is, how well it functions and how beautiful the UI is.

This is a once in a lifetime deal for me.

I loooove the Chrome extension to easily grab elements and send them to my boards.

The collaboration features are a dream come true.

That was my biggest pain point with SimpleMind.

Boardmix lets me have my team and I collaborate at the same time!

If you've never used whiteboards, and you work remotely with a team, you have to understand what a game changer this is for running engaging meetings.

Zoom meetings can be awkward for some people to speak up. It's hard to get a consensus. And they can be a bit boring because team members can fly under the radar during the meeting.

With Boardmix you can use sticky notes (this software shows the author of each one!) use comments, set timers for activities, leverage voting and an amaaaaazing presentation mode (So now I cancelled my Lucidchart subscription. Thanks Boardview team!)

Using the guests feature is incredible too. Some people complain that guests have to register to be able to edit the board. But it is still free and takes 60 seconds, so that isn't a huge issue for me.

I only have 8 on my team, but I had to just upgrade to Tier 3.

I know this is really a once in a lifetime offer, and I'm going to use it for everything, so the T3 storage limit will let me upload anything my heart desires.
