Is the monthly orders for one shop or multiple shops? How exactly does that work? Also, what happens if you go over your monthly allowance?

A: Hello there! The monthly order threshold applies to the aggregate of all connected stores. E.g., if Store 1 has 10 orders, Store 2 has 80, and Store 3 has 20, then your Total Monthly Orders = 10 + 80 + 20 = 110, and you would need to have a 2nd tier account.
If you go over your monthly allowance, your access to the app will be restricted until the next month (unless you upgrade)
Q: Can this be used for lead generation tracking instead of ecomm?
I'd like to know if this could be modified to track leads as your conversion rather than conversions on the ecommerce website (sales). Is that doable? If so, can you point me to a resource that shows how?

A: Hello there! Are you referring to the advertising analytics tracker in Boardroom?
If so, we will simply show you "Conversions" from your connected ad platform, however you define them. So, for example, if you're tracking leads as conversions in Google Ads, those would indeed show up as conversions in Boardroom as well.
Which plan will give me unlimited users/clients? I understand that you will limit the total orders

A: Hello there! Boardroom does not currently come with "Staff Account" access or a team member permission structure. It is 1 login per account. However, we are actively working to build out a Staff Account Feature and it should be ready in about 6 weeks. Hope this helps!
