Q: Integration Questions
I like the concept of an ecommerce focused dashboard :-) What I would love to see is the inclusion of other tools that complete the ecommerce marketing stack for total metric overview of how things are doing eg email marketing/crm stats, customer service stats.
Questions for you:
1) Any plans to integrate email/CRM marketing tools like Klaviyo.com and SwipeOne.com (currently popular on Appsumo)?
2) Any plans to integrate customer service tools such as Gorgias.com & VanChat.io (currently on Appsumo)?
3) Can you customize the order and layout of a dashboard?

1 - Yes! Klaviyo is on our product roadmap. Boardroom already includes a lite CRM powered by Shopify data, along with a Customer Segmentation tool. I haven't heard of SwipeOne.com before, but we'll look into it.
2 - Customer service tools are not something we have contemplated before! What stats would you like to see pulled into the dashboard from a tool like Gorgias?
3 - Yes! You can customize the order and layout of your Boardroom dashboard. You can also hide metrics you don’t want to see. And coming soon—you’ll be able to create your own custom metrics by combining existing ones with simple math operators. (e.g., Ad Spend / Sales = Ad to Sales Ratio).
