Q: What is the timeframe of the data history?
Hello, I have a Shopify store and I'm looking for how I can see how many units of the same product have been sold. I have seen that Boardroom provides that analysis. I would like to know how far back the history goes, if it’s always or if it has a history of a certain period.
Is it also possible to analyze sales reports by product tags and collections?

Feb 4, 2025A: Hello there! There is no limit to the historical data sync for Shopify. We will pull in all of your historical data. Please note that the more data you have, the longer the sync will take. Still, it usually is done within 1 hour for most users.
Once inside Boardroom, you can easily see sales/units sold by product (Analytics > Products page), variant (Analytics > Products page), and product tag (Analytics > Overview page).
Collection is not a dimension that we currently pull, but we can certainly add this to Boardroom, it would not be difficult. Adding to the roadmap now!
