I leave reviews when I get around to do it. I am lazy that way, and procrastinate. When a product founder incentivizes the reviews, it gives me a nudge to do my part in supporting a product and/or to let the community know if I find issues. It sort of is the right thing to do, and admit to be lazy at it often enough. This here is an incentivized review, and I would have reviewed EXACTLY the same without the incentive.

Boei is simple. Really, really simple to start with, install, work with. Ruben has been more than patient with my questions in customizing the widget even deeper than what Boei already offers, and simply put this is a product that does what it say it does WITHOUT ANY FINE PRINT hidden somewhere (like many products have..).

It is missing one item: team permissions. Yes, I can create as many buttons as I need, but I also need to allow team members to handle it. YES, you can create a widget for your clients, but they can't edit - you need to do it from your dashboard. I am fine with that for my use-case, but others might need it..

Note: when you connect something (whatasapp, call, newsletter sign up, etc) it is called a HELPER. The only way to add CSS to the helpers is to know the helper ID. And the only way to find it, is to inspect the html code when that widget is installed on a site.

Other than that, and if you don't need to go nuts with customizations, Boei literally has everything I can think of. Also, I have to say that the way it pops-up on a page is refreshing. Works on mobile just fine too.
