Sounds like a cool idea, but Boei cannot help you with this. I think you should look into Discord or something like a live stream. Both can be options that you can trigger in Boei. So when the live stream is "live", visitors can click the Boei button and start chatting on the platform that you support.
You can even normally hide the live stream and only show it when streaming using a new feature: https://app.boei.help/docs/1.0/business_hours
