What I love most is how versatile it is, it fits seamlessly with my site, doesn’t slow things down, and caters to every visitor’s preferred way of communication. The founder, Ruben, is amazing too, he’s always responsive to feedback and keeps rolling out new features.

Unlike many other tool creators, Ruben has proven time and time again that he’s a man of his word. From the very beginning of his campaign on AppSumo, he honored the deal and stayed true to his promises. Ruben is a man of honor, and his integrity shines through in everything he does.

If you missed this deal, it’s no wonder you might shed a few dramatic tears every night before drifting off to dream of what could have been.

The simplicity and functionality is simply ideal, a perfect balance. What the founder has created is truly remarkable. He's an amazing dev. I normally wouldn't put a product with a smaller team such as this on some of my main sites due to the fact that creators get bored and burnt out after a while, but this founder loves his creation entirely. On my best personal and many client sites a Boei helper can be found. The options are so plenty that it also works in conjunction with other chatbot apps (top right Boei, bottom right original live chatbot for example).

I'm always looking for a way to make my business more accessible to my clients. Boei is a virtual concierge that allows me to connect with my clients in a more efficient manner. Clients can choose their preferred method of communication and I can easily manage all the details of my services. The best part is that I can customize my own branded Boei button to include anything I like, whether it's my booking app or direct call and many more.

I have been impressed by the level of simplicity in this software and the way it allows me to communicate with my clients. The button and helpers have proven to be a great way to communicate with clients, and I am able to maintain a level of professionalism that is required in our industry.

I love how simple it is to use, and I like that I can choose so many different ways of communication. The options are plenty (and likely going to grow) and the pricing is affordable. There's so much competition in the chat app market and so many apps, but this one is different. This app does exactly what it is supposed to and does it well.

I had an issue trying to connect my BotStar Helper with Boei. I tried rewriting the script with no luck, and I was about to call it quits. I was a bit nervous that I wasn't going to be able to add my "AI Concierge" as a helper, but then here comes Ruben to save my day. Based on my email and script attempts provided, he provided me with a new script which worked flawlessly. Thank you 🤝

Other than of course the endless action of expanding integrations, my recommendation would be to allow custom icons.

There is a level of simplicity about the UI that ZI like. The sign-up and onboarding worked like a charm and I intend to fully use it for my sites. One thing that is missing from a customization point of view is the ability to use Google Fonts which most sites uses these days. I think the developer will be able to add that too soon. Overall, a great product!
