Misleading product, no inbox
You're getting only the icons referencing to different services from your website. You should be present in that service to reply your customers.
I was expecting a central inbox to collect queries and to reply to all my website visitors when they are connecting either using whatsapp, facebook or any other way from my website.
Disappointed: It is just web-widget, having just url of different services. You should keep the facebook, twitter, live chat service opened to collect visitor queries. No central Inobox. Actually, no data stored anywhere in boei, it will get either forwarded to your email id or you'll capture that in the respective service.
Imp points:
1. No inbox provided to catch leads data or reply them in boei. They don't have plan for it.
2. No deeper customization, like space between the items can't get adjusted. For more than 5 services, the list shown is really high. You can't customize the space between items shown in the widget at customer end.
3. Eyecature notifications or popup is not provided.
4. I am going to refund this product, as it is just widget added to my website at this $49 price.
5. After reading reviews only and purchasing saas app is looking difficult when I got this deal. Don't trust reviews! I am not saying all are not true but they don't tell you 100% unless you get decided to refund the product :(

Sorry to hear you don't like Boei. There indeed is no inbox, because that is not the product. Let me know if there is something that I can clarify somewhere in order to get that clearer.
To answer your points:
1. Yes because Boei acts as the interface for your customers to contact you on the channels they like. Not the other way around.

4. Sorry you feel this way. It may just not be the product that you are looking for.
5. Two things here. 1) Always try out products yourself and don't solely trust reviews 2) All reviews of Boei are 100% genuine and reviewed by people that used the product. AppSumo is ensuring and checking on this. You can also see yourself if someone bought the product or not.
