This is the quickest review I have ever made on AppSumo.
To be fair, I spoke to the founder (Ruben) for a day or two before making the purchase.
Making the purchase was a nor brainer after that!
First off, the founder is super responsive, literally making changes while we were talking (before I even made the purchase).

This widget can be used for so many things, it's really super flexible.
Here is how I see it... This widget (Boei) isn't meant to replace your current live-chat software, it's meant to be used in-tandem (alongside) your existing Live chat software.
It will give the site-visitor the ability to chat via your existing Live chat (Froged, Crisp, Intercom,, etc...)
OR (and here is where it gets good)...
The visitor can choose to connect using a plethora of other options that are available via Boei, such as, Whatsapp, FB Messenger, Instagram, Linkedin, Phone Call, Vyber, Telegram, and a lot more...

I have an existing chat widget which I am pretty happy with (Froged - another AppSumo deal).
I wanted to use Froged as my Livechat and simply add the option to message us via Whatsapp & FB messenger.
The problem is that Boei (originally) didn't integrate with Froged.
After speaking with the founder for a few minutes, he told me that he will add it over the weekend.
Today I received a message from Ruben (the founder) that Froged has been added (along with a bunch of other improvements that we spoke about over the weekend).

Guys, no brainer, If you want to make your Live-Chat experience a bit more "robust" buy this deal.
