I purchased the Tier 2 Lifetime Deal for BoloForms through AppSumo, expecting to receive the features clearly promised in the deal:

All features from lower tiers
10 seats/users
Unlimited form responses
Unlimited PDFs from submissions
Custom branding

Instead, what I got was zero access to any of those features.

I cannot add a single user. I cannot remove BoloForms branding or apply my own. I'm restricted from everything that was listed in the Tier 2 plan. It's as if the purchase activated nothing at all—yet the billing section confirms that my LTD is active and Tier 2.

What’s worse is the total lack of support. I’ve contacted them multiple times and have received no response. They’ve effectively ghosted me after taking my money.

This experience is deeply frustrating and disheartening. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve been burned by an AppSumo partner. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to trust that LTDs here actually deliver on what’s advertised. And when companies fail to honor their deals, it reflects poorly on the platform itself.

I now feel like I’ve lost money not just on this deal, but also on my AppSumo Plus membership, which becomes less valuable every time another shady “partner” gets away with this behavior.

AppSumo seems to have taken these issues seriously with past partners but definitely need to hold these vendors accountable and protect its users from fraudulent or misleading deals. As it stands, I cannot recommend BoloForms in any capacity, and this experience has seriously shaken my trust in the LTD ecosystem as a whole.
