I previously purchased the LTD and asked to change my email address so I could log in and use the product. No need to transfer anything, no contracts, etc just the email address. Was told this would come with a $49 admin charge "to transfer everything". I explained that I needed the email address updated, which is not a big ask, and that they were trying to charge me more to change the address than I paid for the Lifetime Deal. I was told it is labour-intensive, so they have to charge me $49. After I stopped laughing at the terrible customer service, I decided to leave this review. This company has a long way to go in the SaaS world and needs to realise that when such a small request is made, it is better to do those small actions rather than put up needless roadblocks that produce reviews like this. Product is good, service is terrible; however, they come hand in hand so stay away.
