Their definition of support is "the team is looking into this" every third or fourth time.

*PDF Template designer:*
1. When signing a document generated from a pdf template, tab order jumps all over the place, no matter how carefully form fields are added in the desired order. There is no apparent way to change this in the designer.
2. A popup for an explainer video materializes on hover over the variable icon (second from the top, just under "add new element". The popup cannot be closed except by signing out of BoloForms completely.
3. Checkboxes can not be set to "required". Signatures do not honour the alignment specified.
4. There is no apparent way to save progress on a template design. Exiting the template seems to save changes, whether I want it to or not. Clicking the "Save" button opens the Send interface.
5. There is no apparent way to preview and test fill a pdf template.
6. The subject line specified in the Send interface does not appear on the eventual email. Clicking to view in a web browser delivers text without paragraphs, and still does not show the email subject.
