I purchased Bonboarding expecting a working onboarding tool, but the product now appears abandoned and unsupported. The company seems to no longer be operating, which makes the deal effectively unusable. Because of this, I cannot recommend the product based on my experience. I am also requesting a refund from AppSumo, since the product can no longer be properly supported.

Extremely Disappointed and Let Down
Bonboarding appears to be shutting down and terminating LTD accounts shortly after the one‑year “I got your back” guarantee — and that feels opportunistic and unfair. Buying an LTD is supposed to be supporting a product’s future, not a timed exit where momentum is built, money is taken, and the lights are turned off the moment a guarantee expires.
After this and a few similar experiences, buying an LTD on AppSumo feels less like investing and more like placing a bet. Sometimes you hit a home run — but too often you’re left with half-built or abandoned tools, wasted time, and real business disruption. I am stepping down on my AppSumo purchases, and thinking really really hard before considering buying anything else.

Conveniently timed just outside of the appsumo refund window. This will come down to Appsumo seeing the 'wood for the trees' here and act in good faith to those now out of pocket as a result.

Forgot to Refund by Two Days; Stuck With It 😭
It’s an ok software. UI is not great, and fonts, colors, and tiny text size are hard for me to see, and I have no vision issues. Definitely doesn’t pass accessibility checks.
The functionality is challenging, and using it is confusing.
