Forgot to Refund by Two Days; Stuck With It 😭
It’s an ok software. UI is not great, and fonts, colors, and tiny text size are hard for me to see, and I have no vision issues. Definitely doesn’t pass accessibility checks.
The functionality is challenging, and using it is confusing.

I'm sorry you feel like "stuck" with it. Is there anything we could do to improve your experience? Unfortunately I don't have the power to help with the refund, as it is through AppSumo, but if I can do anything to improve your experience, please let me know.
About the fonts and colors - before deploying any feature we run WAVE - a web accessibility evaluation tool - that checks for sizes, contrasting colors, correct aria tags - as we take accessibility seriously.
However, we can only run those tests for our web app, and not so much for the browser extension. Is that the one where you experienced the accessibility issues?
We work towards making Bonboarding accessible to as many people as possible, so will definitely add some ways to increase font sizes.
And if I can help you in any ways with the functionality, please let me know. I'd be very happy to give a personal explanation, and answer all your questions about how to use it.
