Q: Hello, I'm testing the bonfire chatbot and it has really surprised me with the quality of the responses and humanization, it's amazing!
I'm considering purchasing plan 3, but I have some questions before buying, here they are:
1) 1 message credit should correspond to only the message sent by the bot. If 1 credit is charged for a user message and 1 credit for a bot message, the message count will quickly deplete even on plan 3. And I didn't understand how to use BYOK to have unlimited messages? Is there any tutorial on this?
2) In the desktop version via Google Chrome, a message appears before the user opens the chat on the website. In the mobile version (via cell phone on Google Chrome), there is no message before opening the chat. Could you implement a function for us to create the phrase that should appear both on desktop and mobile before the person opens the chat, like a pop-up for the user to be interested and click on the chat to open and start the conversation.
3) Do you intend to soon create ways to connect/integrate the chatbot to interact on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok? If you make this work, you will capture a huge market because everyone currently wants to integrate the chatbot on these platforms and not just on the website or landing page.
4) Do you plan to create a CRM in the future with the customer base that used the chat?
5) Can you create ways for the bot to send audio files, photos, or videos to the chat user?
6) Is it possible to place pixels on the chatbot for customer tracking?
