Would highly suggest the ability to add custom CNAME’s for each directory /client (testimonials.clientdomain.com) many of us have access to our clients DNS settings + this would be more professional in the client’s eyes.

Sadly, seeing that there is no commitment to give us access to full Agency plan + you can’t give us a date yet, this does not scream confidence…

I hope you are able to sit with the team and discuss dates, updates, and commitment for future features, and an open roadmap in Trello or the like so we can actively interact with changes being made. Not a fan of the one-way helpdesk (blog style) roadmap.

Also I highly suggest having a look at you direct competitor; Senja.io, if you haven’t already, they offer a lot of updates and are open about changes in their changelog, great neutral UI, and great UX (could basically copy 1-1)

As for now; we can’t commit to purchase this deal as you can’t commit to it yet.
