With a few improvements, it would be perfect!

Hello everyone,

I bought Bonjoro Témoignages in Tiers 5 and here are my first impressions:

I don't think the Bonjoro team has yet realized that their product can become much more than a simple video review platform. Bonjoro's great strength: you create a link that you can share. Anyone can then click on that link and answer your questions in the form of a video. And that's great.

Nevertheless, Bonjoro should make more features available to give users more freedom.

Example: use Bonjoro to get new customers (and not just to get a review).

Let's imagine... You run a home bike repair business:

You share a link (Bonjoro) with your customers or future customers. In just a few seconds, your customer or future customer can explain the problem to you on video. Better still, he can film the part he thinks is faulty (and all this is made easy, because with Bonjoro, you can guide your customer with questions displayed on his screen).

From the comfort of your own home, you can then draw up a quotation and put the faulty part aside for repairs at your customer's premises.

And that's it!

But of course, it's not that simple, and Bonjoro needs to be improved:

1 - Bonjoro doesn't allow you to create a personalized form for important information such as telephone number, zip code, etc... You only have 2 (mandatory) fields: name and e-mail! This is a real problem, and I hope it can be changed soon.

2 - Your customer receives several e-mails from Bonjoro, signed by Bonjoro. This doesn't sound very serious. Bonjoro is far too present in your communications with potential customers. You need to change this very quickly!

3 - Impossible to create several workspaces! In Tier 5, this is not normal. So you'll only be able to use one contact email address for all your projects!

4 - There's no meeting place like discord for exchanging ideas with the team and customers to make the best possible platform. For example, Frontly (which is a marvel) has been greatly improved thanks to exchanges with the team.

Conclusion: I'll give myself 60 days to see if improvements are made, with more freedom in the form options and more discretion on Bonjoro's part in communicating with customers.

I'll give it 5 stars, which is an incentive to improve the product, but I'll come back here in a while to keep potential users informed of improvements.
