Also is there a way to create buffer times before and after different types of appointments? For example, I want 30 mins of open time before any 1 hr call, and 1 hr of open time afterwards.

Hi, the page is fixed. It had an issue when we were adding a load balancer to deal with the crazy of app sumo traffic. \u000a\u000aThere is a buffer after appointments, but not before. We could look at adding the before buffer... happy to put that on our dev plan...
