For the AppSumo price it is a good deal but be wary if you use Office 365. Many appointments on your 365 calendar will not show up so double bookings are inevitable. Most of them show up but many don't which creates scheduling issues.
Customer support is not so great either. I notified them about the issue, offered to show examples and even do a screen share. All I got was "we are sending info to the developer". Over 10 days passed. After multiple attempts to get support and no response. I had to cancel the service since I could not rely on it. Hopefully others (not using Office 365) have better success. With a more attentive customer support focus I think this could have really worked well.

I was excited when I saw the app included on the Zapier integration page, but was disappointed later when I logged into Bookafy and saw "Please Upgrade To Enterprise To Connect Zapier" - Charging extra for Zapier is like charging extra for something as common as MailChimp and that's just sad. What a let-down. Way to stifle us.

It's a good tool but it's frontend and backend design seems as that of the 90s which is of no body's interest. Sorry but still (Sep 9, 2018) you've not improved anything after so many suggestions and feedback, so I'm going for the refund.

Love the integrations and option to collect payments.This is a hard feature to find at an affordable price. Thanks!

For $40 you cannot beat it. They are very willing to work with you to make sure you get your account set up correctly.
