Compared to competitive products on the market, Bookafy is limited. The biggest drawback is the very limited customizations of appointments: unlike Booklikeaboss (part of Appsumo Briefcase) you cannot set up unique and multiple time slots for different types of appointment, which is important if you have a consulting business or similar. The interface is also clunky compared to other booking services.
Bookafy feels very much like a beta product.
On the plus side, the google calendar integration works well.
If you have a need for a bare-bones, own-branded booking solution, then this may be worth buying. However, if you have more advanced booking needed, you'd be better off spending a little extra cash and grabbing BookLikeaBoss. If you have a LOT of money and want to get rid of it, consider ScheduleOnce.
