Decent service but unreliable with Office 365
For the AppSumo price it is a good deal but be wary if you use Office 365. Many appointments on your 365 calendar will not show up so double bookings are inevitable. Most of them show up but many don't which creates scheduling issues.
Customer support is not so great either. I notified them about the issue, offered to show examples and even do a screen share. All I got was "we are sending info to the developer". Over 10 days passed. After multiple attempts to get support and no response. I had to cancel the service since I could not rely on it. Hopefully others (not using Office 365) have better success. With a more attentive customer support focus I think this could have really worked well.
