Good deal, but not for every business
Love the price, and the simple easy to use system. Love that it does appointments and classes. Great feature.
Cons; One message for all types of appointments, all appointments are given the same availability.
Currently, I have links for sales conversations that I only make available 3 days a week, bookings for guest on my podcast which are only two half days and each receives a different message since they are radically different.
So if your business is less complicated go for it!! Great deal.
If you need more customizing and tweaking, hold off until they have more flexibility and customization.

May 9, 2024Dana, you can customize the messages for each appointment by including extra text in the appointment type Description and Location fields.
Also, every appointment can have its own availability. You could have some appointments available all the time, and some only available at specific times.
There are a ton of different ways to handle what you are asking for in Bookafy.
