Great Value

So far so good!! If you compare Bookafy's features to other services, I think you'll find Bookafy to be a great value. At $39, it's a no-brainer.

PROS
Setup is easy. Process for clients to book an appointment is easy. The simple design and color customization integrates with my website well. Seems like it can be customized enough to meet my needs. Customer service seems to be great. Google Calendar sync works great. Linking directly to appointment types is great. Custom fields on/off is simple.

CONS
There's a Bookafy "advertisement" in every email sent to my client. It's a noticeable blue "Get Started for Free!" button below "Powered by Bookafy". If anything prompts me to ask for my first refund from AppSumo, this will be it. I'm going to think about this. That button takes away from the professional appearance of the email, could confuse my client into thinking I'm offering free services, and may increase the chances of the confirmation email being identified as spam. Seems to me that "Powered by Bookafy" and a Bookafy copyright notice with a link should be sufficient.

There's a small responsive design issue with the time zone selection that they said they are working on. This is an easy fix so I'm sure that will be handled quickly.

QUESTIONS
1. What is the function of the LOCATION in each APPOINTMENT TYPE? I can't find where that appears. Ideally, it would be included in the email confirmation sent to the client.

2. What is the function of the CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS and where do they appear? That would also be nice in the email confirmation sent to the client.

3. Could HTML be allowed in the custom email message? That would be nice.

NOTE: If this had a white-label option even at a higher price, I think sales would be through the roof!

Hey, thanks a ton for the feedback.

we are pushing out a different email that will be a lot less intrusive. I appreciate the feedback.

To answer your questions:
1. The appointment type description and location show up in the email to the client. They should should also show up in the calendar attachment and the emails to user/staff. We are changing that in next release.
2. Category Descriptions... we have added those and removed from the UI to try and improve the experience. They arent showing in current UI.
3. Yes, many/most fields in the UI allow for html. If you find something that you want to add html for, give us a shout and we can add that ability.

We do whitelabel for large accounts.. we need to figure out a way to do it with less set up on our end. Currenlty we have to add manually... which is why we are only doing for big accounts. but we are looking into this!

thanks again for the feedback!
